Bryce Martin B.Sc. Petroleum Engineering P Eng. (Montana Tech, USA)

Bryce has 22 years work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, with work experience in Australia, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Turkey and the USA. His primary work experience has been in the areas of reservoir engineering, acquisitions, exploration, exploitation, field performance monitoring, reservoir management, and field abandonment. He has extensive experience in project management for gas field development, low permeability oil and gas fields, retrograde condensate reservoirs and marginal fields.
He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Canadian Institute of Mines (CIM), and is a registered professional engineer (P. Eng) in Alberta, Canada. In 2005 Bryce was appointed a director of the Philippines Petroleum Association.

Leonardo has 34 years experience in the Philippine energy and environmental sector and was part of the pioneer geoscientific team involved in the drilling of the first two Philippine offshore wells located at Northwest Palawan.
He has experience with Mobil Oil Exploration, Oriental Petroleum and Minerals, Sun Oil, Triton Oil and Gas, and the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) Exploration and later with PNOC Energy Development Corporation (PNOC-EDC) in geothermal development. During his time with PNOC-EDC Leonardo was General Manager of the Geothermal Division and was responsible for drilling operations, engineering, geoscientific investigations and geothermal plant operations. He retired from PNOC as Vice-President, having been responsible for the four major divisions of Environmental and External Relations, Operation Services, Drilling and Marketing.

Anthony has 26 years experience in the Philippines energy and mining sectors. He has significant expertise in the operations geology which contrasts well with the number of technical publications he has had published. He commenced working in the oil industry with the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) and has had a successful consulting business for most of his career. He has worked for the National Science Development Board as a remote sensing technology analyst, and also for the National Resources Management Centre, Ran Rick/Far East Resources, Anderman Smith, Australian Worldwide Exploration (AWE), and several mining companies in the Philippines. Since 1998 he has held the position of Vice President for Operations and Chief Operating Officer for Cybersoft Integrated Geoinformatics, Inc.
He is a member of Geological Society of the Philippines (GSP) and the Association of Filipinos for the Advancement of Geoscience (AFAG).

Bert has over 29 years experience in the Philippines Petroleum industry. He started in 1976 with a stint at the then Ministry of Energy's Bureau of Energy Development of the Ministry of Energy where he served as a Petroleum Engineer. From 1981 Bert worked for Philippines National Oil Company Exploration Corporation (PNOC-EC) as a petroleum engineer and later as a drilling superintendent. He then worked for EXLOG, a well-logging company, for 4-years as a pressure and logging engineer assigned to client companies such as Occidental, Philips, Amoco, BP etc...
In 1989 Bert rejoined PNOC as drilling superintendent and was subsequently promoted to Engineering Manager. While at PNOC-EC, he supervised the drilling and testing of PNOC offshore and onshore wells, supervised the operation of gas power plants, developed feasibility options for marginal natural gas and was technical representative for the company on other joint venture operations.
Bert is a graduate Mining Engineer from the University of the Philippines and topped the Mining Engineering Licensure examination given in 1976. He is the current chair of the Philippines Society of Petroleum Engineers.
