We have just released our latest quarterly which summarizes the corporate and operational activities of Nido for the last quarter. Galoc continues to produce at a better uptime rate with a total of 3 cargoes lifted during the quarter. We are also expecting 2 cargoes to be lifted in the third quarter of the year. Testing continues at Tindalo with oil continuing to be stored in the FSO awaiting a lifting or sale in August. As likewise announced, preparations are ongoing for the proposed workover which is also scheduled for the latter part of the month. The objective of the workover is to increase oil production by reducing or eliminating the current level of water-cut in the produced fluids from the well. As far as exploration activities are concerned, the fully processed Kawayan 3D seismic has been delivered to SC 63 operator the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC-EC) and Nido. The seismic image quality has been substantially improved and interpretation of the new data has commenced in earnest. Furthermore, Nido has just hosted a series of meetings in Perth with our partners the Philippine National Oil Company. Needless to say, both companies are very encouraged with the improvement in the data quality over the greater Aboabo-1 area.
