Many of those following events in the Philippines would know that the country's 15th President has just been sworn into office.  This means that we have a new set of cabinet secretaries (ministers) taking over from their respective predecessors, including a new Secretary of the Philippine Department of Energy.  Immediately prior to the changeover, Nido participated in a roundtable discussion organised by the Department of Energy to discuss the various contingency plans that companies drilling or producing in the country have in place.  Together with Exxon Mobil, Shell, Galoc Production Company and Philodrill, Nido participated in a very productive session.  For those who are keen to see what Nido has in place by way of HSSE standards and contingency plans, please check the "Our Responsibilities" tab in this website.
