Mr Bloking is currently Executive Chairman and President of KAL Energy, Inc. (appointed 2007), Chairman of Transerv Energy Limited (appointed 2011) and a Non-Executive Director of the John Holland Group (appointed 2007), Miclyn Express Offshore Limited (appointed 2010), the Lions Eye Institute (appointed 2003) and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (appointed 2005).
Mr Bloking was formerly Chairman of Cool Energy Ltd (appointed 2007), the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority (appointed 2008), Norwest Energy NL (appointed 2007), Cullen Wines (Australia) Pty Ltd (appointed 2006) and Executive Director of Eureka Energy Limited (appointed 2012).
He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia and an Adjunct Professor at Murdoch University.

Mr Kovavisarach has over 25 years’ experience in engineering, investment banking and senior executive management, he commenced his career in 1987 with The Siam Cement Public Company Ltd in Thailand as a project engineer and then subsequently as a production engineer. He then moved into investment banking in 1993 working for Asset Plus Company Ltd in Thailand as an investment banker before taking on a role as a director with SG Crosby (Thailand) / SG Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd between 1996-2002. In 2002 Mr Kovavisarach founded TURNAROUND Company Ltd, a boutique financial advisory / investment banking company in Thailand, holding his managing director position until 2007 before becoming an advisor for Avantgarde Capital Limited in Thailand.
Mr Kovavisarach, apart from holding various directorships including Bangchak Petroleum Public Company in Thailand and Asia Insurance Company Limited is also a member of the Investment Committee of the Government Pension Fund of Thailand. He holds a Masters of Engineering, a Masters of Business Administration, has studied Investment Banking at the Kellogg School of Management and has completed the Director Certification Program through the Thai Institute of Directors.

Mr Usanachote is currently the Chairman of Ubon Bio Ethanol Company Ltd, Bangchak Biofuel Company Ltd (a subsidiary of Bangchak) and the Activities Committee, Environmental Engineering Association of Thailand. Dr. Fischer has more than 30 years’ of International experience in the oil and gas industry. Dr. Fischer started his career as an Exploration Geologist with BP in Aberdeen and progressed into Senior Technical roles working on BP’s PNG and Chinese portfolios. Dr. Fischer was part of the team responsible for the development of Woodside’s international portfolio and subsequently led the team that was responsible for Woodside’s success in West Africa.
Following a brief period with OMV, where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Exploration, Operations and Production Dr. Fischer joined Ophir Energy. In the 9 years with Ophir energy Dr. Fischer moved progressively through roles of increasing executive responsibility, including General Manager of Exploration, Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and finally Director of the Africa Business Unit with full responsibility for Ophir’s highly successful African Operations.

Mr Surjan experience includes financial control and accounting, statutory and joint venture reporting, tax planning and compliance, treasury management, capital raising, negotiation of debt facilities, risk management and insurance matters, as well as experience in company secretarial and governance matters.

Mr Newman is responsible for managing Nido's legal teams in Perth and Manila and has more than 21 years’ experience as a lawyer. His previous experience includes a senior legal position with the Timor Sea Designated Authority where he worked on the Bayu-Undan LNG Project, an executive appointment with the Northern Territory Government working on the Ichthys LNG Project and with Cridlands Lawyers where he negotiated the project agreements for the Bootu Creek manganese mine. Mr Newman also worked at the Northern Land Council representing traditional Aboriginal owners in projects such as the Ranger Uranium Mine. Prior to working in a resources context Mr Newman was the principal lawyer with the Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre in Melbourne where he was an accredited specialist in immigration law.
Mr Newman graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws.

Mr Nichol is a Senior Petroleum Executive with 27 years' experience in the oil and gas industry with a proven ability to lead technical and business teams. Mr Nichol commenced his career working onshore Australia gas projects before joining BHP Billiton in 1994. During a 20 year BHP Billiton career Mr Nichol held a range of senior technical roles and progressed to senior management roles, including Technical Manager and Asset Manager for appraisal and development projects in Australia, Pakistan and the Gulf of Mexico.
Mr Nichol graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (Hons).

Mr Thirakaosal has over 18 years' experience in the engineering, advisory, investment banking and senior executive management. In 2005 as managing director of Thai boutique Investment Group he started his involvement in resources and energy sector.
